29كانون الثاني/يناير 2012، تاريخ آخر عدد صدر من مجلة بخصوص. ليست أول مرة تتعب فيها بخصوص. وكما كل مرة لم يتوقف فريق بخصوص عن مساءلة نفسه والتفكير في كيفية إعادة إطلاق بخصوص وتحسينها. نُسأل غالباً عن سبب الغياب ومبرراته. والجواب يبقى نفسه دائماً، بخصوص إنسان. بخصوص كسائر مبادرات “ميم”، الحافز الدائم وراء عملنا هو الرغبة القوية بالحصول على منصة لأصواتنا، رغبة قوية بمشاركة هذه المنصة مع ذوي الأصوات، هي رغبة بتوثيق تاريخنا ووجودنا وحيواتنا.
هدفنا كان ولا يزال أن نحافظ على الطابع الطوعي لبخصوص، لطالما رفضنا اللجوء للتمويل والإنجاز القسري للأعمال، حلمنا كان ولا يزال أن نخلق ديمومة لا ترتكز لا على الإكراه أو على المنفعة.
فريق العمل في بخصوص مجموعة من الصديقات والأصدقاء، والزميلات والزملاء، والأعداء والأكسات في معظم الأحيان. نتحمّس فنحمس بعضنا البعض، نتعب فنتعب بعضنا البعض. في مراحل التعب غالباً ما يغيب عن نظرنا حجم العمل الذي نقوم به وحجم العمل الذي يتم من خلالنا. غالباً ما نتعب من المهام اليومية، غالباً ما ننسى روعة بخصوص، بخصوص لم تعد مجرد مجلة وبخصوص قد تكون قد انطلقت من رحم “ميم” إلا أن أولادكم/ن ليسوا لكم/ن وبخصوص ليست لنا، هي مشاع إبداعي، يملكها كل من شارك/ت فيها، كل من كتب/ت، كل من حرر/ت، كل من صمم/ت، كل من شارك/ت على فايسبوك، كل من نشر/ت على تويتر، وقبل كل شيء بخصوص ملك كل من قرأ/ت، وتفاعل/ت، وأحس/ت، بكى/ت أو ضحك/ت، هي ملك كل من فتح/ت الصفحة وسارع/ت لمحو آثار الزيارة.
ولهذا السبب فريق عمل بخصوص يخافها. نعم، نحن نخاف أن نخطئ بحقها وبحق قرائها وبحق تاريخها.
فإليكم/ن بخصوص الجديدة، المتحررة من الموعد الأسبوعي! الآن، عليكم/ن زيارتها كل يوم لمشاهدة أحدث التدوينات والمقالات والأعمال التي ستندرج ضمن ستّ فئات رئيسية جديدة:
جندر وجنسانية: تضمّ كافة المواضيع المتعلقة بالجنس والجسد والجنسانية والجندر، والعلاقات المتشعبة للأفراد والجماعات بهذه المواضيع.
نشاط سياسي: تتضمن التحليلات السياسية الكويرية وغيرها، لا سيما المتعلقة بمنطقتنا العربية، وأحدث الأخبار والنشاطات للمجموعات الكويرية والمدنية الناشطة فيها وحول العالم.
صحة: تتضمن كافة المواضيع المتعلقة بالصحة الجنسية والنفسية والعقلية والفيزيولوجية الخ.
أمان وعنف: تتضمن كافة المواضيع المتعلقة بالسلامة الفردية للناشطين/ات والأفراد، وبالسلامة العامة للمنظمات والمجموعات الناشطة أونلاين وعلى أرض الواقع، كما تتحدث عن أشكال العنف المتنوعة المعلنة والخفية التي يتعرض لها الأفراد والشعوب على كافة المستويات، وكيفية تقويضها وتحليلها ومواجهتها.
يوميات ومذكرات: لطالما كانت قصص الناس أهم أسس بخصوص وعمل ميم بشكل عام. إننا نؤمن بشدة أنّ حياتنا وتأريخنا لهذه الحياة أقوى سلاح بوجه التمييز والتهميش والظلم.
مُتَكويريات (أي متفرقات كويرية): كل ما يخطر على بالكم/ن من شعر، نثر، فنون، نكات، الخ.
بالطبع، لم تتخلّ بخصوص عن زاويتها الأشهر “بيني وبينك”، اذ أنها ستظل حاضرة وفاعلة على “تامبلر” عبر العنوان التالي:
ان بخصوص هي مجلتك، وهي تصدر من وعبر وعن والى منطقتنا التي تشهد منذ سنوات أحداثاً رئيسية وثورية كبرى وغنية، وستستمر كذلك لسنوات طوال. حان الوقت كي نكتب ونكتب ونصمم الرسوم والغرافكس ونعدّ الفيديوهات. هناك الكثير لنفعله معاً، لكن انتاج المعرفة عبر قنوات مثل بخصوص، هو الوسيلة الأكثر ضرورة وأهمية والأكثر سهولة في الوقت عينه.
شاركينا أخبار المجموعات المثلية والكويرية في بلدك وميدنتك وحيّك وجامعتك ومكان عملك والمجموعة التي تنشطين فيها. أرسلي لنا آخر الأخبار، أكتبي لنا عن النشاطات التي تتمّ، والتطورات التي تعنيكِ على المستوى السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والجنسي والجندري، وان لم تكن ترتبط مباشرة بالمثلية أو الكويرية. أكتبي لنا آرائك بما يحدث حولك وحول العالم، أسردي لنا قصة حياتك، أو حوادث حصلت معكِ، أو آخر حديث مع صديقتك على فنجان قهوة، أو تعليقك على آخر مقال قرأته، أو شعورك في آخر مرة مارست الجنس أو اعتكفت عن ممارسته!
ان الكتابة هي فعلنا السياسي الأول الذي نعي من خلاله قدرتنا على الوجود والتفكير والفعل التغييري، فلتغتنمي بخصوص لتجعلي كلامك مسموعاً ومقروءاً، ولتشجعي كل من تعرفين من مثليين وكويريين وما هو خارج هذا وذاك، ليكتبوا لنا ويرسلوا مشاركاتهم/ن على اختلافها وتنوعها وبكافة اللغات.

Bekhitorial
The 29th of February 2012 marks the last publishing date by Bekhsoos. It is not the first absence marked by Bekhsoos. And as always, the Bekhsoos Team kept pondering and thinking of a way to re-launch and enhance Bekhsoos. We are often asked about the absence and the reasons behind it. The answer remains constant, Bekhsoos is human. As with the other Meem initiatives, the prominent motive behind Bekhsoos is the urge to express ourselves on a platform that pertains to us, while sharing it with those who wish to speak up. It is a strong desire to document our present/ce, our history and our lives.
One of our main objectives was to keep Bekhsoos operating on a voluntary basis. We resisted seeking funding and forcing achievements. Our aspiration was and continues to be the sustainability of the platform free of any coercion or profit.
The team mainly consists of a bunch of friends, colleagues and some exes and enemies. When the energy is rising, we all push each other up! But when it drops, we all pull each other down… and when we hit rock bottom we fail to see the amount of work we do along with its magnitude. We often tire of our daily tasks. We often forget how awesome Bekhsoos is. Bekhsoos has transcended the boundaries of your average online magazine. It has evolved from being Meem’s baby to a creative global commons, shared by all those who contributed to it by writing, editing, designing, sharing it on Facebook and Tweeting about it but most importantly it creates a sense of belonging among those who read it, interacted with it, felt it, cried or laughed at it, and those who surfed the pages and quickly rushed to delete their browsing history.
For that purpose specifically, this team fears the only Boss they answer to. We fear of committing any wrong-doing for “Bekh”, its readers and its history.
So here’s to a new Bekhsoos! Here’s to its emancipation from its weekly routine schedule! For now you must visit its page every day to indulge on the latest blog posts, articles and various works that will be listed under the following categories:
– Gender & Sexuality: covering diverse aspects of sex, body, sexuality and gender; and the complex relationships between individuals and groups within these subjects.
– Activism: includes queer political analysis, especially those relevant to the Arab region, along with the latest news and activities of Arab and International queer and civil groups.
– Health & Well-being: covering subjects related to sexual, mental, psychological and physical health.
– Security & Violence: contains diverse recommendations and subjects related to activists’ and individuals’ security, in addition to public security of organizations and groups be it online or in the field. It also covers the declared and undeclared forms of violence subjected to individuals and societies on various levels and approaches to analyze, confront and destruct them.
– Dailies & Diaries: people’s stories have been the building blocks for Meem and Bekhsoos. We strongly believe that documenting our lives and our existence is our most powerful tool against discrimination, oppression and marginalization.
– Misqueerious (Queer miscellaneous): a collection of words sprung into poetry, narratives, art, funnies and everything else.
And of course Bekhsoos is not letting go of its infamous dirty laundry hanging portal “Bayneh w Baynik”. It is now more accessible than ever through its own Tumblr, wait for it:

Bekhsoos is yours, and yours truly. It’s published from, for and through our region, where the recent winds of change have brought magnificent and revolutionary days that will keep blossoming for years to come. The time has come to write, draw, design graphics and shoot videos. There is so much we can do together! Knowledge production can be achieved through a platform such as Bekhsoos and it is one of the simplest yet most important and necessary means.
Share with us the news from your Lesbian, Gay, Transsexual and Queer groups in your country, city, neighborhood, university, place of work and active groups you belong to. Send us the latest news, cover the ongoing activities and developments that speak to you on a political, economic, social, sexual and gender level, even if they do not particularly concern queerness and homosexuality. Express your opinion in what’s revolving around you and around the world. Tell us your life story or share incidents that happened to you, or an interesting conversation with a friend over a cup of coffee. Perhaps you would like to share a comment on an article you read recently or how it felt the last time you had sex or abstained from it!
Writing is the primary political act that makes us aware of our ability to exist, think and make change happen! Use Bekhsoos to be read and heard and to encourage those you know to be queer or identifying with an alternative sexual orientation, or even perhaps not. Let them write and send their various and diverse contributions in all languages.
