In congruence with the yearly activities done pertaining the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia. Helem is delighted to invite you to attend the event that includes a variety of activities that is addressed to all social groups.
This year the event will take place at the Metropolis Theater, center Sofil – Achrafieh. The International Day against Homophobia held by Helem contains a variety of activities including: a documentary that addresses homophobia with artists and media figures, discussion panel with specialists and human rights activists, NGO Forum and a theater play.
Furthermore, a panel discussion will be held by Dr Sanaa Sadaka regarding the legal status of homosexuals and transsexuals in Lebanese cities outside Beirut. The Focus of this year’s theme is the rejection of all forms of discrimination against gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transsexual and transgender.
LGBT are Not a black Spot (مممم مش نقطة سودا ) is the theme for this year’s event. It clearly indicates the injustice done to this category of community. The questions are: Is it a crime or misdemeanor to be a human being with a tendency that is different from others? Is it a crime or a grown terrorism? Why then the black mark on their Justice record? Why to deprive them of the most basic civil rights whether directly and indirectly? Why marginalizing these citizens?
The questions are plenty, but is there a clear answer? Is there any reason for panic and fear from the LGBTs(مممم)? Many opinions and point of views will be shared and discussed during the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHO).
ككلّ عام و في اليوم العالمي لمناهضة رهاب المثلية و التحول الجنسي،تنظّم جمعية حلم سلسلة من النشاطات تتوجّه الى جميع فئات المجتمع.
هذا العام يستضيف مسرح متروبوليس ، سنتر صوفيل، الأشرفية فعاليات هذا النهار الذي يتضمّن الكثير من الللقاءات مع اعلاميين و فنانين ضمن ريبورتاج مصوّر،جلسات حوارية مع مختصيّن/ات و ناشطين/ات في مجالات حقوق الانسان،ممثلين/ات عن الحركات الشبابية، تحقيقات مصوّرة،معرض للجمعيات و عرض مسرحي.
كما سيكون هناك مداخلة للأستاذة سناء صدقة عن الواقع القانوني للمثليين/ات، المتغيرون/ات خارج العاصمة بيروت.
اماّ البارز فهو موضوع هذا العام، اذ يتمّ التركيزعلى رفض كل اشكال التمييز الذي يتعرّض له المثليون/ات و المثليات،مزدوجو و مزدوجات الميول الجنسيّة ،متغيّرو و متغيّرات النوع الاجتماعي، متحررو و متححرات الجنس.
مممم مش نقطة سودا،العنوان العريض لهذا العام الذي يدلّ صراحةً على الغبن اللاحق بهذه الفئة المجتمعية، فأيّ جريمة او جنحة ان يكون الانسان ذات ميول مختلفة عن غيره؟ هل هم يقتلون/ن ام يسرقون/ن ام يزرعون/ن الارهاب؟ لما العلامة السوداء على سجلّهم/ن العدلي؟ لما حرمانهم/ن من ابسط حقوقهم/ن المدنية بشكل مباشر وغيرمباشر؟ لما يهمّش هؤلاء المواطنون/ات؟
اسئلة كثيرة تطرح ، فهل من اجابة واضحة و صريحة؟
هل من سبب يدعو الى الخوف من المممم؟
كثيرة ستكون الآراء و الافكار و النقاشات في اليوم العالمي لمناهضة رهاب المثلية و الرهاب من كل مواطن/ة لديه/ها ميل جنسي مختلف أو يقوم/ تقوم بدور جندري مختلف
